About Lauren Dorman, MS, RD, CDE
Lauren Dorman is the go-to School Mental Health Registered Dietitian and Keynote Speaker. She's a master detective of nutrition trends, a passionate change leader, and a creative problem solver dedicated to equipping children and adolescents with a solution-focused skillset to create health habits with ease.
Lauren is the owner of Schools, Master Food and Mood, presenting her signature Strong Student Shift and Energized Educator regularly to school districts and at conferences. She is also a frequent podcast guest.
Lauren holds a Bachelor’s from Penn State and a Master’s from Rutgers. With 24 years of experience and a certification in Applied Neuroscience, she is a trusted expert in evidence-based nutrition science. Her mission is to make reliable nutrition and health education accessible to all, empowering individuals to strengthen their relationship with food, mind, and body.
